ShapeInRx offers telehealth services and weight loss solutions (the “Services”) through the Site. Services must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

Certain Services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew, and you will be charged until you cancel. Subscriptions have a minimum three-month commitment before cancellation. You must cancel at least 14 days before your next billing date to avoid charges.
We accept credit card payments, HSA and FSA. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or reverse transactions that violate these Terms.
We do not offer refunds for Services purchased on the Site.

Wellhealth LLC provides telemedicine services only in U.S. states where our licensed medical providers are authorized to practice. Patients must be residents of or physically located in a state where our services are currently available at the time of their telehealth consultation.
We are actively expanding our provider network to serve more jurisdictions. As we onboard additional licensed providers, we will update this page to reflect newly available service areas.

⚠ Please note: Our partner pharmacies may operate in all 50 states; however, our telemedicine services are limited to jurisdictions where our providers are licensed. Wellhealth LLC operates under full compliance with HIPAA regulations. Telehealth consultations are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform (Healthie) to ensure patient privacy and data protection.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShapeInRx, WellHealth LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
